Kids & Teens Gymnastic Classes
My gymnastics classes for kids are both fun and educational and have been designed to help develop strength and flexibility, build coordination and balance, and correct posture, all while boosting their self-confidence.
Every kid is different, so I structure each class to help children learn to focus and stay in control of their bodies and minds while having fun!

After more than 20 years of coaching, I designed a program with a holistic approach to physical activity for kids and teens that combines traditional gymnastics with mindfulness techniques to improve not only physical flexibility, but also overall stress management.
Sadhaka Pi Mindful Movement blends mindful awareness with traditional gymnastics to provide a fun and engaging way for kids to become more present and improve their concentration and focus.
Through breathing exercises, mindful games, and activities, your kids will gain the skills needed to better manage their emotions and stay grounded in the present moment.
These skills will be a lifelong gift that will help them in other areas of their lives.
